  • All donors will receive an acknowledgment receipt for their contribution via email or mail.

  • Donors may specify if their contributions are for a specific program or general support.

  • Recurring donations can be set up for monthly or annual contributions, with the option to modify or cancel at any time.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

While all donations are final, we understand that errors can occur. In case of an incorrect transaction or technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of your donation for review.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our donation support team.

  • Refunds are processed only in cases of duplicate transactions, incorrect amounts, or fraud-related concerns.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Tax-Exemption & Receipts
